Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During product launches, sales events, holidays, and high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 6–24 Business Days

  • Cost: 49.99

Express Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 3–17 Business Days

Shipping Estimates

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • Customs processing

  • Carrier delays

  • Circumstances beyond our control

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow carriers time to update tracking events after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

PRE-ORDER POLICY

Trading Card Game offers customers the ability to reserve selected products before their official release date.

By placing a pre-order, you agree to the terms below.

Release Dates

All release dates displayed on our website are estimates only.

Manufacturers, distributors, publishers, and suppliers may delay release dates without notice.

We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

Mixed Orders (Pre-Orders + In-Stock Items)

IMPORTANT:

If your order contains one or more pre-order items, the entire order will be held until all products become available.

This means in-stock products purchased alongside a pre-order item will not ship separately unless otherwise stated.

Customers who wish to receive in-stock items sooner should place separate orders.

Payment

Payment is collected at the time the pre-order is placed.

Pre-order inventory is reserved only after successful payment.

Product Allocation

Certain trading card products are allocated by manufacturers and distributors.

In rare situations, we may receive fewer units than expected.

If allocation shortages occur, we reserve the right to:

  • Reduce quantities

  • Cancel affected orders

  • Refund affected products

Priority may be determined based on the order date and time.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders may be cancelled within two (2) hours of purchase.

After this period, cancellation requests are not guaranteed and may be denied depending on the product and ordering status.

Release Delays

Release dates may change due to manufacturing delays, shipping delays, supplier shortages, or publisher decisions.

These delays do not automatically qualify for compensation.

Refunds for Cancelled Pre-Orders

If Trading Card Game cancels a pre-order due to supplier shortages, allocation issues, or product cancellation, customers will receive a full refund for the affected item(s).

Tracking Not Updating?

Please note that tracking information may take 24–72 hours to appear after your order has been shipped.
