Return rules summary
At Trading Card Game, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Customers may request a return within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
Item must be unused and unopened.
Item must be in original packaging.
Item must be in resalable condition.
Proof of purchase must be provided.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
The following products are generally not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival:
Opened trading card products
Opened booster packs
Opened booster boxes
Single trading cards
Digital products
Gift cards
Clearance items
Final sale products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider and financial institution.
Orders may be cancelled within two (2) hours of purchase.
After this period, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed because order processing may already have begun.
Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating a chargeback so that we can resolve any concerns directly.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account restrictions or refusal of future service.
