We take pride in delivering 100% authentic, official Pokémon & TCG products with care and precision. Due to the collectible nature of many of our items, all returns are subject to strict guidelines to maintain product quality, authenticity, and fairness.
Please review our return and refund policy in full before placing your order.
📦 Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
- 48 hours of delivery.
- unopened, unused, and in original, sealed packaging.
- photo evidence of the issue (e.g., damaged product, shipping box, wrong item).
⚠️ Returns for reasons such as “changed mind,” “no longer needed,” “found it cheaper elsewhere,” or issues after opening/sealing will not be accepted.
🚚 Return Process
- Contact Us via Live Chat option within 48 hours of delivery. Include your Order ID, clear photos of the item, and a brief explanation of the issue.
- If your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions, including the return address and return label (if applicable). All returns must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.
- Once received, our team will inspect the item to verify condition and authenticity. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
💰 Refund Policy
- Approved Returns: If eligible, you will receive a refund to your original payment method, minus original shipping costs and any applicable cancellation fees.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- We cannot refund or accept returns for:
- Opened or tampered items
- Pre-order products
- Items damaged by customer misuse or handling
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
🧾 Refund Exceptions & Delays
- Missing Refunds: If your refund hasn’t posted after 10 business days, please check with your bank or card issuer first. If the issue persists, contact us.
- Chargebacks & Disputes: We ask that you contact us first before filing any chargeback claims. We will always work in good faith to resolve issues.
🌐 International Returns
- If you're an international customer:
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item was damaged or incorrect due to our error.
- Items must be declared correctly when shipping back to on our end. Any duties/taxes charged to us will be deducted from your refund.
🔒 Important Disclaimers
- We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Pre-order products
- Delayed deliveries due to customs or couriers
- Order cancellations outside the cancellation window
- Orders refused by the customer at the time of delivery
Repeated return abuse or chargeback threats may result in future orders being declined.
